Submitting this information will take you to the carriers website to show their status of the package. Orders are given tracking numbers before they leave our warehouse. If you check and the carriers site states that they don't have any information on the package, in the case of UPS it is because they have not picked up the package yet. USPS is sometimes slower at updating their tracking information.
