Canadian customers who choose Federal Express(FedEx), an international shipping company, as their shipper will be responsible for the brokerage fee that FedEx charges. All International customers are responsible for duties, import taxes or other delivery fees incurred.

At our discretion, international orders, which in our estimation require trackable shipping, may be sent via FedEx rather than Air Mail at our expense. Please be aware that FedEx is a trackable shipping method - Air Mail is not.

Our international shipping rates have recently been changed. FedEx services are now much more affordable and provide for the most accurate tracking. You can see the new rate chart here.

To get a more accurate estimate of shipping charges, choose the items you want and place them in your cart, then fill out the first half of the order form, fill in the shipping address and choose a shipping method. The next screen will give you your total including shipping charges. This will NOT include import taxes or duties. You can then change your shipper, change the items in your cart, cancel your purchase or complete it. Please read our FAQs for more details about International shipping.

International orders (or those shipped outside the United States and its territories) paid for by credit card must can only ship to the verified billing address for the credit card. If you order through this site, you may be asked to print a customized letter of authorization for your order. This letter must be signed, dated, and sent to Electrique Boutique.com via:

Once your order is complete, your card will be charged. Some orders may require a Letter of Authorization, and if not received may be subject to cancellation. We will notify you if your order is in need of the Authorization Letter or becomes subject to cancellation, at which time the charged amount will be refunded to your credit card. At our own discretion, we may elect to fulfill an order before this letter is received. Choosing not to send the signed letter does not waive the buyer's responsibility for payment of the order.
