Labor Day Shipping Notes

In observance of Labor Day UPS will not be picking up or delivering any shipments on Monday, the 6th of September. This will delay delivery of orders that are shipping through that day. If you are needing your order before that weekend then you will need to use at least the 1 day shipping option to ensure you get it in time. Keep in mind that shipping times are for time in transit and not from time of order. Ordering today does not mean it will ship today. Pay close attention to items that note a longer than normal period for processing. These can delay your order and may affect your ability to get your order for the weekend. Because of UPS down time next week, it would be wise to choose an express method for the following weekend as well.

   What shipping method should you choose? The shipping times are times in transit, and does not include time of processing. Ordering today doesn't mean that it will go out today. Shipment methods may be delivered through UPS or USPS.
Your shipping options are:

  • 1 Day Priority - This delivers on the Next Business Day and shows up before 10 AM(If you order this method on Thursday after 12 PM or Friday then you will need to choose 1 Day Priority Saturday if you want it during the weekend.)
  • 1 Day Standard - This delivers on the Next Business Day and can show up anytime during that business day(There is no Saturday Delivery with this service)
  • 2 Day - This option will set delivery on the Second Business Day(If you need your order before the weekend then you can choose this method on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday before 12 PM to have the best chance of receiving it in time. If placed later then the order won't get there until the following Monday.)
  • 3 Day - This option will set delivery on the Third Business Day(If you need your order before the weekend then you can choose this method on Monday or Tuesday before 12 PM to have the best chance of receiving it in time. If placed later then the order won't get there until the following Monday.)
  • Ground Home Delivery - Home Delivery is a Ground service. They delivery packages Tuesday - Saturday. They do not guarantee a set time in transit but it is usually 3-5 business days. The further away from Dallas, Tx the longer it will take to be delivered. Choose this method when shipping to a home address. If you choose Business Ground to go to a home address you will delay the delivery of your package by at least one day.
  • Ground Business Ground - Business Ground service does not have a guaranteed set time in transit but it is usually 3-5 business days. The further away from Dallas, Tx the longer it will take to be delivered. Choose this method when shipping to a business address. If you choose Home Delivery to go to a Business address you will delay the delivery of your package by at least one day.
  • USPS Shipments - The United States Postal Service gives us no guarantee that packages will be delivered by a certain time, therefore we can not offer customers any guarantee for USPS services.
  • Free Shipping - It's yours with a $100 or more purchase with a few restrictions that can be found on the shipping information page. This method is generally equivalent to USPS shipping and we can not offer customers any guarantee for delivery times. But we will always do our best to get your product out to you in a timely manner.
**APO shipments for Halloween Product may not at this point to be delivered in time for Halloween depending on the packages final destination.

You can immediately choose a shipping option without entering other information and the price you will pay for the present items will be displayed for each shipping option.

When making your choices...

   Is your item in stock? When you are looking through our large selection of halloween costumes, costume accessories, shoes, boots, and all the other great items we carry; please keep in mind that if it is on the site now then as of this morning we have it in stock. Some times multiple orders will come through for an item and we don't have enough to satisfy all the orders. When this does happen we let you know that the item was not available. If the item is not on the website in a certain size then we don't have it in stock at this time, but be sure to check back because we update the items daily. If you have an alternate item already picked out then you can put that style number in the shipping comments section

   Are you ordering the right size? We stock items from many different manufacturers, so some of our items won't fit like others. Some companies will make a small with a 23-25 inch waist, and others will make a small with a 24-26 inch waist. An option you have, when you are placing your order, is to order two different sizes that could possibly fit you, and once you try them on and find out which one fits you the best send the other(s) back for a refund. We unfortunately won't be able to cover the return shipping for you, but this is still a good option if you are under time constraints to receive your order. When placing your order...

   Don't let your order be delayed! When you have made your final selection and are ready to check out there are a few things that you should consider. We process each order with the customer's safety in mind. That is why all of our orders under go a fraud screening process. If you are placing your order with your credit card, you MUST BE SURE to include the correct billing information as it appears on your credit card statement. If you do not do this then there is a chance that it will delay your order until we can verify that it is not fraudulent.

   Make sure to double check your order! Before submitting your final order be sure that the order is correct:

  • Is the shoe/outfit's size correct?
  • Is the item in the cart the correct color?
  • Did you include your correct billing information?
  • Is your Apt number on the address?
  • Do you have the correct items in the cart?
  • Did you accidentally order a higher quantity of an item then you intended?
  • Will the shipping method you choose get you the item in time?
  • Did you check everything twice?
It is very important to make sure that your order is submitted correctly because once we send it out into the warehouse with thousands of other orders, chances are good that we won't be able to locate it to make changes or cancel it before it is shipped out!

When Returning Items...

   Returns - PLEASE READ DO NOT send returns back through FedEx as they will not be received.

   Returns at ElectriqueBoutique.com just got a whole lot easier! When you need to return an item you are going to need to fill out this form to send back with your package. Use the form to explain why you are returning the item(s) and the action you would like taken with the return. ElectriqueBoutique.com does not cover or refund shipping charges to return an item.

   There is no longer a need to call in for a Return Authorization. We are no longer requiring you to call in to receive an RA number for your return. You will use your order number as your Return Authorization. Make sure you mark your order number on the outside of the package being shipped back to Electrique Boutique. This can be done by using the return label that is included on the top of our new invoice. Please do not refuse packages as we will charge a 25% restocking fee.

   How long do I have to return an item? You have 14 days from the day you receive the shipment to have the item back to us for it to be eligible for a refund or store credit. So please check your order when it arrives to make sure everything is correct and fits just how you want it. Please do not send back items after this time frame as the return will not be processed and the cost of shipping the return back to you will be your responsibility.

   What can you return? Electrique Boutique only accepts items back that are unworn and unused. We will also not take back items that smell of smoke, perfume, or body odor. Please be sure to try on your merchandise in a smoke-free environment. Clothing that has metallic coloring has a tendency to discolor when exposed to lotions, perfumes, oils, or normal washing. Items that have been discolored will not be accepted as a return.

Please be aware that there are items we ship out that are not eligible for return. These items are noted on the site. If you return an item that is not eligible you will not receive a credit, and you will have to pay for the return shipping if you would like the item back after returning it to us. So please read the site and your invoice before returning items back to us.

Hosiery, lingerie, swim wear, eyelashes, wigs, and certain costumes are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned due to health regulations.

All items must be returned to us in new resalable condition, with all packaging and tags.

   What will be done with my return? Once the item(s) are delivered to our warehouse we will put them into processing to check the condition of the items and eligibility of the service. Shipping charges on original order will not be credited back. When the return is verified as valid we will credit the original payment method. The credit process may take up to 21 days.

We are no longer offering exchanges. If you would like a different item in place of the one you have you can place a new order and do a return for a credit. This is much faster and easier then doing exchanges. In the event that you do not receive your product, you will be able to get a replacement of that item. If a replacement is not available then we will issue you a store credit.

Another option is when you are placing your order and you are up in the air about what size will work best, you can order two different sizes and return the one that doesn't fit the way you want. Please be sure to return the second item to us in a timely manner.
