Return, Refunds, Order and Shipping Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging that it was shipped and received in.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods (such as panties, bikini bottoms, etc.), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, You must obtain a return authorization by emailing ebcs@ElectriqueBoutique.com. Please include order number and clearly state that it is a return request in the subject line of the email (example: Order 0000 - Return Request) and reason for the return in the body text of the email. If you fail to include the order number and mention of the return request in the subject line of the email, then it will only further delay the return request. So please include the previously requested information in order to speed up this process as quickly as possible.
There are certain situations where only partial credits are granted (if applicable and if exception approved by us)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit. Any items returned with damages, odor, missing components, missing packaging, unoriginal packaging, or have any indications of being used will be rejected. There are absolutely no returns accepted on Halloween Costumes and/or accessories after October 24th 4pm CST. These items are final sale.
If you are approved, and only if, then your credit will be processed in the form of a store credit (no refunds are issued). Once processed, your credit will automatically be applied to your account or via a credit code. The credit code can be used to purchase merchandise on www.ElectriqueBoutique.com for an equal or greater value. If a greater value is purchased, you will be responsible for the difference in price.
Late or missing credits (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a credit yet, first check your email and/or spam again.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned and/or credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ebcs@ElectriqueBoutique.com to obtain authorization. If approved, you can send your item to the return address that we would provide.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, (after approval and after receiving a return authorization number), you can send your item to the return address that we would provide.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Are shipping costs from your order refundable?
If you paid for shipping on your order, that cost is nonrefundable in the cases where returns are approved and authorized by us. Please ensure you are selecting the necessary shipping in order to have your order arrive to you by the time you need.
We do our best to have all orders shipped out as quickly as possible, and advise orders be placed by 1pm CST to help make this happen, especially in the month of October during Halloween shopping season. If you are attempting to calculate the estimated business days in transit that your order will take to arrive to you and it is past 1pm CST, the next business day should be the first day in your count of business days (example: it is 2:30pm CST on a Monday, and your potential order at checkout appears to have an expected 3 business day transit/delivery time. Those 3 business days should be counted started from the next day, Tuesday). While we do advise that orders be placed by 1pm CST in order to help have them be shipped on that same day, it is still possible that the order is shipped out on that same day. Additionally, Saturday and Sundays are not business days. If an express order, with 1 business day delivery for example, is placed on a Friday before our cut off time, this order would not be expected to arrive until Monday.
During Halloween season (through the end of October), we highly recommend our express shipping options in order to have your order delivered to you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that while shipping options such as USPS Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, and UPS Ground are paid shipping options, they are not express shipping options. In addition, estimated shipping times you may see according to USPS shipping options may not be accurate. There is currently an issue with USPS displaying estimated 1-3 business day shipping times when this is not accurate -- and this is with many businesses, not just us. Again, we stress to you to use express shipping options in order to receive your order in urgent times, such as last second Halloween shopping.

Important note regarding shipping: We reserve the right to change the shipping method selected at checkout to an upgraded shipping method. For example, if you select USPS Priority Mail Express shipping at checkout, there are situations where we might determine that an alternative shipping method, such as UPS 2nd Day Air, would have your order arrive to you quicker than the option you selected. Another example is you select USPS Priority Mail shipping, which is isn't an express shipping service, and we may upgrade it to UPS Ground or even UPS 2nd Day Air to get it to you as quickly as possible. There are many situations where we are glad to implement these complimentary shipping upgrades, however, this is on a case by case basis determined by us and we are not obliged to offer these complimentary shipping upgrades simply based on a customer's request. Additionally, if an order is placed with a particular shipping service and we do provide a complimentary shipping upgrade on the order, the customer is not entitled to a refund on final sale orders simply due to the fact that the shipping service was changed for an upgrade.
While we do our best to ensure accurate inventory and fulfill all orders, there may be times that an item is out of stock, despite an order being placed for it. Orders for unavailable items will be subject to cancellation and refunds issued.
